We accompany our customers through the entire process: From the initial CAD design and in-house toolmaking via die forging and mechanical CNC machining to heat treatment, surface finishing, and final inspection.

Which certifications and quality credentials does Erdmann hold?
We fulfill important standards and have DB-relevant delivery approvals. In addition, our components are qualified and used by railway operators across Europe.
What part weights and batch sizes can you realize?
Our manufacturing capacities are highly flexible. In die forging, we produce components with unit weights from 0.1 kg up to 150 kg. We produce everything from small series to large series for recurring demands, and we are equally equipped for the aftermarket and spare parts.
Where does the production take place? / Where is Erdmann located?
We manufacture our products 100% in Germany and carry out the entire value chain in North Rhine-Westphalia. Short distances characterize the process chain around our main location in Hagen.
